Menopause Symptoms

I was overwhelmed when I started to research and found there were 34 menopause symptoms where women could be affected during the transitional stage of menopause.

None had spoken to me about the symptoms you could get and I did not realise what I was actually going through. This affected me in so many ways physically and emotionally, which became a toll on my family. I could not carry on felt alone and did not know who to speak to. I had half of the 34 symptoms and this was all due to hormone changes.

They included night sweats, irregular periods, vaginal dryness, mood swings depression anxiety, migraines, insomnia, very dry skin, burning of the skin, brittle nails, weight gain, and incontinence.
