We offer a non-medical support service led by Madhu for individuals to make informed choices during menopause and gain the support they deserve, accounting for an individual’s unique circumstances.

All employers, regardless of the size of their organisation, have a duty of care to protect the health, safety, and welfare of their employees. M for Menopause offers support and guidance to help employers address menstruation and menopause in the workplace. Our services include changing workplace culture by hosting events, running workshops for managers and teams, and reviewing company policies and practices.
