Struggling with your symptoms?

Download our free M for Menopause Symptoms Tracker

It can be hard to keep track of your symptoms, so we have created a free symptoms tracker to made this easier for you. This will help you show your GP your common symptoms, and also keep track of how lifestyle changes or treatments are affecting your symptoms.

Come along to our free virtual menopause support group

This year hasn’t been easy and the increased uncertainty and disruption to our daily routine has impacted our physical and mental health. If you would like to come along to a confidential  menopause support group please register your attendance for our fortnightly sessions led by our founder.

What Is M For Menopause?

The aim for M for Menopause is to provide information on menopause in an accessible way and support individuals, families and employers. We run workshops and events across the UK to increase awareness and the support available for those experiencing menopause.

Community Events

I hold a range of events within communities, including coffee events,  panel events with specialists, and roundtables to normalise conversations about menopause and increase understanding and awareness on the subject.

If you are interested in organising a coffee event in your area, please get in touch. You can click here to see when our next event is.

Workplace Workshops

Employers have a duty of care to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees. M for Menopause offers support and guidance for employers on how to deal with Menopause in the workplace.

These services range from hosting events for employees, running workshops for managers and teams, and reviewing your company’s policies and practice.

Resources and Tools

We know that there is lots of information out there on how to manage menopause, which can be confusing and overwhelming.

We aim to provide accessible information from a range of specialists, and importantly from those who have experienced menopause.

Meet The Founder

My name is Madhu. I have been suffering with peri menopause, and my symptoms started 6 years ago and have been severe (to say the least!).

From this experience, I started to consider how information and support for those suffering with menopause was lacking. Others must be feeling lonely and suffer with similar symptoms. That is when I decided that I wanted to assist those suffering with menopause.

I believe no-one should feel alone. I believe menopause should not be a taboo subject. I believe access to information is a must and talking is the way forward.
